30 Day of Thanks

Day 1: 32 years of life

Day 2: Fall. The changing leaves. Bonfires. Sweaters. Football.

Day 3: God and The Cross. I got to share about my job today in a special service at church about an upcoming program from Billy Graham. It's amazing to see how God has used this man to reach millions of people around the world. I'm blessed to be able to work in the ministry that has been built by Billy Graham and his team to honor God through everything that they do.

Day 4: My home. After a long day of work and travel to be able to come home to my husband, dog and house is the best part of the day.

Day 5: Puppy love. Tonight after a hard day I got home to a dog that was so happy to see me as he is every day. All he wanted was to sit on my lap and lick my face. The pure joy of a dog and the excitement they exude each time they greet you is unmatched.

Day 6:My husband. It's a LONG week at work and yet when I come home he's there to listen to me, love me, and make sure that I take time for me to rest. Not just today, but every day he is the very best.

Day 7: Billy Graham. Today is Billy Graham's 95th birthday. I'm honored to work at the association that bears his name and be part of the ministry that continues his legacy of taking the Gospel around the world. Today, Mr. Graham's latest message, "The Cross," is being released nationwide. I hope you will be as thankful for his message as I am. http://bit.ly/MyHopeTheCross

Day 8: Good friends. We had an awesome time tonight hanging out with friends at a high school football game and then around our fire pit roasting marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate. Love spending time with them and enjoy fall nights.

Day 9: Sleep. I love to sleep in. I love to take naps. I love climbing in my bed under all the covers and being asleep.

Day 10: A husband who believes in me even when I don't. He came with me to a vendor show today, helped set up and sat for 3 hours while I {unsuccessfully} tried to sell wreaths. He's the best.

Day 11: For not waking up to snow like my family in PA did today. Moving south was one of the best decisions EVER.

Day 12: Warm coats and hot chocolate on cold days. And tossle caps (or toboggans or sock caps...whatever). If I have to be cold I really like all the things in life that keep me warm. OH! And fires at work and blankets at home.

Day 13: Gevalia Mocha Latte K-cups. That is all.

Day 14: My mom {AKA mummy}. She will not move to the south, but she loves it here. I'm thankful that she will come and take care of me when I need her - even though I'm grown and married and living 500 miles away; that she likes to do fun things when we're together and that when she visits she likes to do touristy things that everyone who comes here likes to do. Can't wait for our December visit!
