What I learned in October

Things I learned in October:
  • 31 days is a long time to do something. I know there are study’s that say that if you can perform the same task for 21 days straight it becomes routine and an effortless habit. 21 days; 31 days; that’s a long time and along the way life happens.
  • Cutting your own hair may not be the greatest idea, especially when it’s too long to even reach the ends.
  • Bloggers are awesome. Seeing the community of 31 Day bloggers supporting each other through the online network has been amazing. Meting some of these amazing people in person – even better! Knowing the creator of 31 Days even realizes that it’s a personal commitment and not one to meet someone else’s expectations – is inspired.
  • Tuesday’s should be celebrated. (I can’t wait to read Emily Freeman’s Simply Tuesday book!!)
  • Ragweed is evil.
  • The DMV has an automatic, built-in ugly filter.
  • I love fall!
